Support During COVID-19 Alert Levels

The Grief Centre is recognised as an essential service so we will continue to operate and provide support through all COVID-19 alert levels.

To ensure the safety of our visitors and our staff, we have the following protocols in place:

All Alert Levels

• If you are unwell please rebook your session or ask for a phone or Zoom session
• Please sign our Contact Tracing Register or scan QR code on arrival
• Keep a 2-metre distance and use sanitiser or hand-washing regularly
• Online Zoom or phone counselling sessions will be available across all alert levels

Additional Protocols at;

Alert Level 2

• We prefer counselling sessions to be delivered online Zoom or via phone session
• Please bring your own water bottle and pen to face-to-face sessions

Alert Level 3

• We prefer counselling sessions to be delivered online Zoom or via phone session
• Please bring your own water bottle and pen to face-to-face sessions
• Shared surfaces and equipment will be sanitised regularly

Alert Level 4

• Counselling will be offered as an online Zoom or phone session only
