When you think about leaving a gift in your will, it’s only natural to consider your loved ones first and foremost. Many people also find a place in their will to leave a legacy, to reflect other important aspects of their lives including the issues that concern them most and the values they believe in.
One of the most impactful ways you can support Grief Centre is by pledging a gift in your will. It won’t cost anything during your lifetime, but it will help ensure we can continue our mission of providing essential support and guidance to those navigating through the challenging journey of loss and grief.
Your legacy will help New Zealand's most vulnerable people find comfort and healing during their darkest moments. Without your support, our work would simply not be possible. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families in grief.

Leaving a bequest
If you choose to leave the Grief Centre a bequest in your will, the following wording is suggested:
"I give to the Grief Centre the sum of $XXXX (or a percentage, or the residue of my Estate, or a description of the property or asset given) for its general purposes and declare that the receipt of the General Manager of the Centre or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge for my Trustee."
