Office and Clinical Administrator

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Office and Clinical Administrator to join our team. You’ll be the welcoming face of the Grief Centre—helping our clients feel at ease and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is a mix of reception, office admin, and clinical support. You’ll be working with counsellors and supporting clients as they find the help they need for loss, grief and other wellbeing challenges they face. You’ll also work closely with our Clinical Manager and leadership team to keep everything running efficiently and respectfully.

Bereavement Support Service Coordinator

ACC Clinical Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a values-informed, qualified and compassionate Clinical Team Lead to support the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services under our ACC SCS contract. This is a 12-month fixed term role, working 15–20 hours per week over Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

You’ll work closely with the Clinical Manager to provide leadership, oversight and support to a multidisciplinary team of Providers and Assessors to ensure services meet ACC’s standards and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. You’ll also assist with compliance, performance monitoring, training, and recruitment as part of a small and values-aligned clinical team.
